This year's seminar will feature a diverse range of speakers sharing their experiences and expertise.

Ms. Kaoruko Ieda, President of Ieda Seika Co., Ltd., will present "Contributing to African Communities Through Puffed Grain Technology: Revitalizing a Declining Industry."

She will share her experiences in introducing traditional Japanese puffed grain production techniques to African countries, including Kenya and Ethiopia. Her initiatives aim to address food security challenges while creating income-generating opportunities and supporting local economic development.

Mr. Kairi Uchida, President and CEO of ARK Peace Corporation Co., Ltd., will present "Rethinking Japan's Future Through Salt."

Motivated by Japan's low salt self-sufficiency rate, he revived traditional salt production in Nagoya at the age of 17, bringing back a practice that had disappeared from the city for approximately 150 years. He will discuss his entrepreneurial journey and efforts to protect Japan's food future through sustainable salt production using only the natural power of the sun and wind.

Manning Elliott, a Canadian accounting firm, will return this year to present "2026 Update on Canada's Business and Investment Environment."

The presentation will provide insights into the latest developments in Canada's business and investment landscape, offering valuable information for companies exploring business opportunities and international expansion.

Following the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with speakers and fellow attendees during a networking reception.

We hope you will join us for an informative and engaging event and take advantage of this opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, exchange ideas, and build valuable business connections.
