Camp Canada 2017 - Glamping

We thought we would go upscale for our annual camping trip

We will be camping, we mean, Glamping (Glamour Camping) this year and staying at cottages. (No tenting)

The date is on the October 21st and 22nd in Yamagata city, Gifu. 
Let's enjoy fresh air together at cozy cottage. 
This year we only have limited numbers to be able to stay due to the camp site limited capacity. 
First comes first serve... Hurry up to sign up! 

Ten to twelve people can stay in a cottage. It has a kitchen, toilet, shower, BBQ house/stove, living room (1F), bedroom (2F). No need to bring many camp gear or cooking set like usual camp. Easy style, Eh!

Access: By car (Not easy to go by public transportation so please arrange a car or sharing car with your friends. If not possible to manage, let us know.)
Camp Fee: Per person - TJCS member ¥3,500, Non-member¥4,000

Note: Beds are limited number, therefore over 5 years children would be count as one person. Under 5 years old children share a bed with their parents. This is the campsite policy so we appreciate for your understanding.

That fee includes accommodation at the cottage and use of the facilities. Food and drinks are NOT included, please bring your own. You can enjoy food you like with beautiful nature and fresh air.

How to pay: At the door on the 21st, in cash. Please prepare your fee (exact change appreciated).

Campsite facilities and other details

  • Play ground 
  • River side deck (200m) 
  • Cottages
  • 1F Living room
  • Electrical appliances Fridge, rice cooker, oven-microwave, toaster, TV, washing machine, washing dish machine
  • Cooking tool pots, kettle, pan, colander, knives
  • Plates, cops, glasses, chopsticks
  • 2F Bedroom 
  • Bed (or futon set), closet
  • Check-in time:14:00(OK to come early and play at the playground but can't put your baggage into a cottage till 2 pm )
  • Check-out time: 11:00 
  • Pets: Not allowed
  • Trash: If you purchase a garbage plastic bag at camp site, they take care of dispose.
Let's enjoy cool camp this year. The weather will be nice and cooler and it's surrounded by beautiful nature.
  • Cottage has own BBQ stove. You bring your camp food and cook by yourself as free style.
  • Bring your Food (diner and breakfast) and drinks
  • Camp fire starts at 8:00 pm. We can enjoy S’more together. (TJCS provided)
  • River next to the facility, it’s very cold but we can feel beautiful nature.
