TJCS Camping: Pricing and Details
Here you will find complete details of the 2025 TJCS Camping Adventure!
September 13th & 14th (Sat/Sun).
This will be a
1-night/2-day event .
The accommodations are very comfortable. You have a choice of tenting (bring your own tent) or
comfortable bungalows with air conditioning which can be booked privately (for your group) or shared.
Registration deadline for Camp Canada is September 1st (Mon) at 11:00PM.
Camp Fees

| Kids (4 & under): | FREE |
*Spouses/partners of TJCS members may join at the member price.
Camp fees cover the cost of campground, campfire, prizes, activities, garbage disposal, transportation of equipment, etc.

Other Things!
You also need to bring...
- your own food and drinks for dinner and breakfast
- snacks for between meals and the campfire
- sleeping bag, pillow, blankets
- cooking utensils, cups, plates, utensils
- hot showers are available 24 hours
- There will be some BBQ grills and charcoal provided for your cooking.
Please note the following...
- Rain or Shine Event
Other than a typhoon (or other major happening), this event will be held regardless of rain or other poor weather conditions. - Though some equipment is available for rent (such as blankets and pillows), you might want to bring some of your own supplies. Bungalows have wooden flooring.
- Please
bring your own cooking, eating utensils, cups, plates, and napkins since TJCS will not provide these items (for eco-purposes).
- TJCS will provide BBQ Grills and charcoal for cooking, but you have to
bring your own food and drinks. A convenience store and other shops are located about 15 mins away.
- Campers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the campsite.
- Please prepare exact change
After making your booking, we will confirm the total camp and accommodation fees for your group. We ask that you bring the exact amount of cash to the campsite. - No Last-Minute Cancellations, Please
Please understand that TJCS will reserve your cabin and plan the meal shopping based on your attendance. If you cancel suddenly, TJCS will be obligated to pay your fees to the campsite. Please don't cancel on us!
General Timeline
- Day 1: Sep 13th (Sat)
- start arriving around 1:00 pm
- afternoon activities (swimming)
- scavenger hunt & games
- prepare your dinner and eat together
- campfire after dark
- Day 2: Sep 14th (Sun)
- prepare your breakfast and eat together
- go for a swim or a short hike (if there's time)
- clean up and go home
- check-out time is 11:00am
Between prepared activities, there will be lots of time for hiking, swimming and exploring!
